Warranty Policy

  1. Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. 
  1. What is Covered

 If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund. This warranty does not limit or exclude your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which provides guarantees that: 
  • Products are of acceptable quality. 
  • Products are fit for purpose. 
  • Products match their descriptions or sample. 
  1. What is Not Covered

 This warranty does not cover: 
  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or neglect. 
  • Wear and tear from normal use. 
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations. 
  • Accidental damage or damage caused by extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms, flooding, etc.) unless explicitly stated in the product description. 
  1. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim under this warranty: 
  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at service@kelvin.dog with proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or invoice). 
  2. Provide details about the defect, including photos if possible, to help us assess the issue. 

We will evaluate your claim promptly and advise you on the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection. 
  1. Return Costs

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will cover reasonable costs for returning the product to us and shipping any replacement product to you. 
  1. Limitations

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Any limitation or exclusion in this warranty applies only to the extent permitted by law. 
  1. Other Rights

This warranty is offered to customers purchasing our product for personal use. For business purchases, statutory guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.
