Our Beds & Mats are sent via Courier.

Delivery times are 3-5 business days for rural delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. 

If you have an urgent delivery, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Larger items are shipped separately and incur a seperate delivery fee. Chat to us about combining shipping.

Our kennels & runs are on the larger side of the spectrum and some of our customers will be in far flung places. We have given a great deal of thought to the design and construction of the kennel.

We’ve got your back with freight services to 16 regions across New Zealand, covering 83 locations nationwide. Partnering with StraitNZ, we ensure you get the most competitive delivery rates—saving you time and money.

Due to the nature of the product we deliver our Thermokennel & Run to specified towns and cities in each region for uplift. Delivery to your home address will incur an additional charge due the size and weight of the product.

Shipping can be impacted on by Public Holidays and Annual Shutdowns around Christmas, so expect things to take a little longer over Christmas and the New year period when everyone is off taking a breather.
